There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Quincee is! I have purchased 4 homes in my life and have had good agents but she blows all of them out of the water. She knows her job extremely well but also knows the job and process of the other people that are part of the transaction. This purchase was made more difficult by underwriting and sellers agent and each time something else came up Quincee had already had it handled before I was finished reading the email from lender that there was a problem. She is fair and tenacious at getting the best out come for her client. There were things I was going to just accept and she educated me on why it was in my best interest to do or not do something. Communication was wonderful always available when I had a question or concern, she pays attention to even the smallest comment I made about what I wanted (and got it for me) Even my lender sent an email and called me to say how impressed they were with Quincee, how hard she is working on my behalf and that it is something they rarely see! If you are needing a real estate agent, I can guaruntee you will not find one better!!! She will forever be my go to for any real estate needs for myself, friends and family!
